James Hyden

Born onto a South Pacific island just 22 short years ago, I was able to read and write by the time I was 9 seconds old. Despite being just 4 feet tall, I was accepted into Cambridge University where I achieved a PhD in Human Rights Law, captained the University Challenge team, wrote several operas, and pole vaulted for Britain at the Olympics.

After managing England to World Cup glory; I was then drafted into MI6, before spending a winter testing with the McLaren Formula 1 team. Briefly The Stig on Top Gear, I then trained as an Astronaut with NASA. Fluent in 14 languages, I now manage my worldwide business empire.

Since landing the show on Bradley Stoke Radio, my hectic schedule means I am unable to spend as much time as I would like at my Villa in St Tropez. However my Brazilian supermodel wife ensures that our children, Forget-Me-Not and Bumblebee, never miss a mime class or fencing lesson. At the end of the day, I’m just a regular guy.

(Actually; I’m a local mobile DJ, who got chatting to the volunteers one Saturday outside Tesco, and a month later I had my own Sunday night show!)
